Juliette Albrecht
Juliette Albrecht was born and raised on a dairy farm in northwestern Wisconsin. In 1997, her dad made the difficult decision to part with the herd, but Juliette’s dedication to the dairy industry only grew stronger. She began working for other dairies in 1999 and has never stopped. Over the years, she has worked with herds ranging from 50 cows to 750. Her most impactful experience came from spending five years at a large dairy operation, where she gained a wealth of herd management skills that have shaped her expertise today.
In 2012, Juliette started working for her now-husband, Aaron, and the two married in 2014 (yes, she married her boss). Together, they moved their entire dairy operation from central Minnesota to southwest Missouri on April 1st, 2020. This move marked a significant milestone as they successfully transitioned their herd from confinement to rotational grazing, all while continuing to grow and improve their operation.
Juliette has faced many challenges in her career, including the painful losses of cattle that have taught her valuable lessons. Through those experiences, she has gained a deep understanding of what could have been done differently to save many of those animals. Her passion lies in helping others avoid these mistakes and the heartache that comes with them.
While Juliette has a strong love for every aspect of dairy farming, her true passion is raising young stock. She takes pride in having a zero percent mortality rate for calves from birth to weaning, and she enjoys helping others navigate this vulnerable period in the lives of their animals.
Juliette and her husband, Aaron, bring over 60 years of combined experience to the dairy industry, and their motto is simple yet powerful: "Never stop learning." Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned professional, Juliette is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and helping others succeed.
